5. Orders and Payment
Quotation requests can be made thru our website or emailing our offices or via telephone
Our prices are Vat excluded until the checkout process where the VAT calculations can be seen.
All quotations will be valid for 30 days
Quotations will have all the information required regarding lead times and payment terms.
Orders: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability or errors in product information.
Orders are only processed after payment has been received. Lead time is subject to this process.
Orders can be placed via email [email protected], where a sales representive will gladly assist with the process, regarding lead times and deliveries.
We will require an official company Purchase order with the company order number and signed quotation if quotation was requested in the event that pricing was not used from the website.
Payment: Payments for products and services are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your financial information.
Should EFT payment be preferred Koeberg Industrial solutions will send you the Invoice with bank confirmation , once payment reflects stock will be ordered and client will will be informed regarding delivery as discussed.
Clients will accounts strictly 30 Day terms unless otherwise stated
COO Clients, full upfront payment before stocks is ordered, or 50% Deposit and balance before delivery.
All goods remain the property of Koeberg Industrial Solutions until paid in full
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We aim to deliver your products within the time frame specified at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be indicated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Self Collection is an option. Collection is only at our address in Cape Town.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method. The time frame for receiving a refund may vary.
