1. Introduction
At Koeberg Industrial Solutions, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request refunds or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
The item must not be used or damaged.
The return request must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if Goods delivered was as per the Purchase order and order correctly filled.
Delivery to be thoroughly checked on arrival and signed if goods are found in order.
If any delivered goods are found to be faulty , this is to be send back with the driver and noted on the POD(Purchase order delivery note and our offices notified within 24 hours.
A 10% handling fee may apply
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Customized or personalized products.
Products that have been used or installed.
Items purchased on clearance or sale.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or 0872654584 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number.
Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
Banking details for refund to be send to Koeberg Industrial Solutions on your company letterhead or bank confirmation letter of the owner
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items

Defective products if delivered directly to be thoroughly checked and send back with our driver and noted on the POD(Purchase order delivery note)
8. Items Damaged During Shipping
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within [24 hours] of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
